• Comic Relief 'Bad Hair Day'

  The children had fun coming to school with 'bad hair' for the day to raise money for Comic Relief.  In the morning the children showed off their new hairstyles to their friends.  In the afternoon they went with their House Team to complete lots of fun activities including art work, biscuit decorating and sports activities outdoors.  A great deal of fun was had and money raised to support many charities.  We ended the day with a cake sale on the playground!

  

• St Patrick's Day

  The children were very lucky to receive a visit from a ceilidh band on St Patrick's Day.  The children found out about how the instruments are played, clapped a long to the music and then joined in with the dancing!  This activity was made possible thanks to the support from 'Make The Sunshine'.  

  

• World Book Day

  Thu 03 Mar 2022

  The children enjoyed celebrating the 25th World Book Day by coming to school dressed as their favourite book character.  In the afternoon they gathered with their House Team to complete activities linked to a story selected by their House Team Captain.  The children are enjoying making new friends with children from other classes in their House Team!
