• Party Day!

  The children have had fun opening their presents from Father Christmas and playing party games in their classes.  They also had party food this afternoon in their classes.  The children and staff at Bowlish wish everyone a very happy Christmas!

  

• A Special Visitor

  Today Bowlish Infant School children were very lucky to receive a visit from Father Christmas.  He came onto the playground to meet the classes and to hand out sacks of gifts!  The children thanked him by singing 'We wish you a merry Christmas'.

  

• Christmas Lunch

  Today the children enjoyed a festive lunch in school.  Sadly we couldn't have our usual roast Christmas dinner but the children enjoyed a special packed lunch and celebrated with Christmas music and crackers! Thank you to our meal suppliers 'Edwards and Ward' for giving the children a festive treat!

  

• A Very Special Baby!

  Today we had our nativity performance.  The children did an amazing job of performing 'A Very Special Baby'.  Sadly we didn't have an audience and that made everything seem a bit unusual but the children did so well with their singing and talking.  We are looking forward to being able to share the video with parents very soon!  Well done and thank you to the children and members of staff for all of their work to put together such a lovely performance.

  

• Holly Hop!

  Today the children enjoyed a sponsored 'Holly Hop' on the playground.  They hopped for one minute to the sound of Christmas music.  It was a very enjoyable activity organised by Friends of Bowlish School to raise funds to support a range of activities for the children.  Well done to everyone for super hopping!
