• Christmas Party Day

  Bowlish Infant School received a special visitor who brought the children wonderful gifts.  The children enjoyed singing songs to Father Christmas and all looked festive in their Christmas jumpers and party clothes!  The day finished with the children having Christmas party food in the hall wearing their party hats.  We need to say thank you to our FOBS parents who made sure that the children had such a great party with delicious food and festive music.  Happy Christmas everyone!

  

• Christmas Lunch

  Today the children enjoyed their annual Christmas lunch!  Their delicious festive meals were provided by our lunch suppliers, Edwards and Ward at the kitchen in Oakhill school.  

  

• Christmas Gift Wrapping

  Today the children have been able to go Christmas shopping in school!  Each child has purchased a gift for a member of their family and been helped to wrap and label it.  This was such a lovely afternoon which was made possible due to the support of our FOBS parents.  It is a great way to raise funds for the school but also to allow the children to have some independence to purchase and wrap a gift.  We hope that the children can keep the surprises until Christmas Day!

  

• Christmas Performance

  We have had a lovely festive week when the children have been performing their Christmas play.  The children enjoyed learning and performing the songs for 'Born in a Barn' and delighted their parents with their singing, speaking and dancing!  Well done to all of our children!
