• Our End of Year Awards

  Congratulations to all of the children who received an award in our end of year assembly.  Awards were given out for; being kind helpful, showing super effort, making super progress and achieving100% attendance for the whole year.  We had three children awarded a 'Times-table rock-star' award for making significant progress with learning and applying their multiplication and division number facts.  Four children also received the Ben Halford award for a variety of reasons.  Well done to the Orange Team who were the winners of the house points trophy!  We enjoyed a lovely assembly celebrating another successful year at Bowlish! 

  

• End of Year Disco

  The summer disco was a lot of fun for the children.  They danced in the sunshine and enjoyed ice-creams and ice-lollies from an ice-cream van, thanks to a donation made to our FOBS team. 

  

• Our Guide Dog Puppies

  We have now received information about the guide dog puppies that we will are sponsoring.  Each year group has a guide dog that they will receive updates about over the next two years.  Reception children are sponsoring Daisy, Year One children are sponsoring Oscar and Year 2 children are sponsoring Bella.  Each class will be given a guide dog toy and information updates about their guide dog.  We look forward to hearing about the guide dogs and their training! 

  

• Key stage 1 Sports Afternoon

  Another hot and sunny afternoon for sporting events at Bowlish!  The children did very well in their team races and were supported by their families cheering them on.  Well done to Purple Team who were the winners of the Key Stage 1 sports trophy.

  

• Reception Sports Afternoon

  It was a hot and sunny afternoon for our Reception children to complete their sports events.  Well done to all of the children for taking part so well.  A special well done to the Green Team who won the cup!

  

• Gymnastic Club Awards

  Well done to the Year Gymnastic Club children who were presented with awards today!
