Our Awards Ceremony
Fri 23 Jul 2021Well done to all of the children who were presented with awards at our end of year assembly. We are very proud of all of the children for coping so well in another challenging year! We wish them all a very happy summer holiday!

Our Summer Fun Day!
Fri 23 Jul 2021The children had a lovely end of term which included an ice-cream van coming to school! They really enjoyed their ice-creams and ice-lollies! A huge 'thank you' to the FOBS team for their fundraising which covered the cost of this lovely end of year treat!

Summer Disco!
Thu 22 Jul 2021How exciting - a disco on the field! The children danced and had fun within their 'class bubbles' on the field. It was wonderful to see he children have so much fun outdoors to celebrate the end of term. Thank you to the team of FOBS helpers and staff members for making this a special evening for all of the children!

Year 2 Leavers' Assemblies
Thu 22 Jul 2021We welcomed groups of parents to attend their child's 'Leavers' Service' today on the school field. It was lovely to hear the memories of Bowlish which each child read out; fond memories of friendships made, trips attended and adults who have helped them at Bowlish! We were so pleased that parents could attend this outdoor event which was enjoyed by the children and adults alike! The children were presented with their leavers' gifts which also included a medal presented by a member of the year group. Well done and thank you to everyone for making this such a special service.

Circus Workshop
Mon 19 Jul 2021Today the children were able to experience a 'circus skills workshop' at school. They took part in a range of circus skills such as plate spinning, ball walking and using 'peddle-go' to practise balancing skills!

Maypole Dancing
Mon 19 Jul 2021On Saturday 17th July, some of our Year 2 children performed their Maypole dances at St Paul's Junior School as part of the 'All the World's a Playground' festival. The children had worked hard to learn the dances and we are all proud of them as they performed brilliantly in front of an audience on a very hot day!

Key Stage 1 Sports Morning
Tue 06 Jul 2021Today it was the turn of our Year 1 and Year 2 children to take part in team races. The children did their best to run and skip as fast as possible in their relay races. They also took on the challenges of a sack race and egg and spoon race! Well done to the purple team for wining this event!

Reception Sports Day
Mon 05 Jul 2021Well done to our Reception children for completing their first sports event at school. They took part in team races with confidence and excitement. All of the children enjoyed running, jumping as well as keeping their eye on the egg on their spoon! Congratulations to the purple team who gained the most points!
