Little Leaders encourages pupils to take ownership of their school, giving them a sense of purpose and pride in their community. Through opportunities to contribute, make decisions, and support one another, children learn that their voices matter and that they play an important role in shaping the environment around them. Little Leaders help pupils feel a strong sense of belonging while developing the confidence and skills to lead with Compassion and Courage.
