We believe that a school uniform encourages a sense of belonging and would ask you to support our aim by ensuring that all children comply with the uniform. We have rewritten our uniform policy to comply with the DfE statutory guidance on uniform affordability. 

We are proud of our school uniform and ask that all children come to school smartly, wearing the school colours, to show pride in their uniform and school. 

We believe that wearing a uniform helps to; 

• promote the ethos of a school,
• provide a sense of belonging and identity,
• set an appropriate tone for education.

 It is very important all items of uniform are clearly labelled.

School uniform containing the school logo

All uniform items are available from our uniform suppliers in Wells at SW Schoolwear website. We do not expect parents to buy all items with the school logo on and plain items in the correct school colours are acceptable.

Jewellery and Hairstyles

For safety reasons, only one small stud can be worn in each ear. No other jewellery should be worn to school. 

Children should come to school with appropriate hairstyles and long hair should be tied up neatly. Please note, only uniform coloured small hair accessories are worn to school. 

Pre-loved Uniform

We operate a pre-loved uniform system (No Name, Fair Game), which is free for all our families. We ask for any donated pre-loved uniform items to be added to our uniform recycling system. These items are then made available for other families in our community to take and reuse, free of charge.
